Welcome to the Room Plans and Rates page for York Conference Center. We offer a variety of event spaces in York to accommodate your needs, from small meetings to large parties. Our rental rates are as follows:
Executive Conference Center and Meeting Rooms
This space seats up to 20 guests and comes equipped with wifi, a Vibe Board, AV equipment, and a full kitchen.
Monday to Friday Rentals
- Half day rental (7am to 5pm) is $140
- Full day rental (7am to 5pm) is $270
- Evening rental (5:30pm to 10:30pm) is $100
Saturday and Sunday Rentals
- Half day rental (7am to 5pm) is $150
- Full day rental (7am to 5pm) is $290
Evening Rental
- Evening rental (5:30pm to 10:30pm) is $150
Banquet Hall and Party Room
This space seats up to 50 guests and comes equipped with stage, lighting, wifi, AV equipment, and a full kitchen.
Monday to Friday Rentals
- Half day rental (7am to 5pm) is $190
- Full day rental (7am to 5pm) is $370
- Evening rental (5:30pm to 10:30pm) is $150
Saturday and Sunday Rentals
- Half day rental (7am to 5pm) is $200
- Full day rental (7am to 5pm) is $390
Evening Rental
- Evening rental (5:30pm to 10:30pm) is $175
Rent Both and Save 15%
For those looking to rent both the Executive Conference Center and Meeting Rooms, and the Banquet Hall and Party Room, we offer a discounted rate.
Monday to Friday Rentals

- Full day rental (7am to 5pm) is $545
- Evening rental (5:30pm to 10:30pm) is $210
